Let’s journey together into the Deep Space through mantra and the imagination.
Let’s go deeper, and build an even stronger energy that can ripple out to make the world the place we want it to be.
- We will be learning about Carnatic exercises for strengthening the voice.
- Using our imaginations to deepen our experience of singing
- Making a talisman that we can take away to remind ourselves of the deep space.
- Using movement, dance, song and the imagination to journey with in our own minds and heal and learn about ourselves
- Enjoying the silence together
- Recharging our spiritual batteries.
